Selling or Leasing your Home
If you are selling your home once you have scheduled the closing date of the sale, please have your Real Estate Agent complete the attached New Homeowner Information Form (NOIF) so that we can prepare the Records accordingly. Please notify your Closing Agent to immediately email us a copy of the Warranty Deed issued to the new Owner(s).
If you are Leasing your home please have the Owner / Rental Information Form completed so we may update the Records. Please note that we cannot issue RFID Decals to any Tenant without all of the information required: Not limited to the Lease, any Addendums and the Owner / Rental Info Form.
